Applications for Police Clearance

1. The Applicant may obtain an Application form for Police Clearance Certificate from the Embassy.
2. Photocopies of original
3. The Original document certified by the Consular Affairs Division of the Ministry of External Affairs in Sri Lanka.
4. Fee : JPY 1,700 per document. The postage fee is an additional JPY 800.
Note :-
The Embassy encourages the public to kindly make arrangements for translations as the Embassy does not have the capacity to cater to daily requests on translations.
